• at least one (1) year's experience in traffic control or management of public transport facilities; and
• holder of valid driving licence and first-aid certificate.

Toll Collector

• Education level: Form 3 or above;
• Elementary English and Mandarin.

Technician(Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Vehicle)

• Completed a full craft or technician apprenticeship in a relevant trade or completed craft certificate of appropriate field with practical training; and
• at least three (3) years' post-training working experience in the relevant field including at least one (1) year maintenance experience of tunnel or highway equipment, or which in the opinion of the Government is equivalent;

• At least six (6) years' working experience in the relevant engineering field including at least two (2) years maintenance experience of tunnel or highway equipment, or which in the opinion of the Government is equivalent.

• (i) If the Technician is of electrical stream, he should be a registered electrical worker with appropriate endorsement of work code and suffix on their permit in accordance with the electrical Ordinance (Chapter 406).
• (ii) Technicians who are responsible for vehicle maintenance should preferably possess knowledge and experience in hydraulic system, welding, light and heavy vehicle repair and maintenance.
• (iii) Obtain Construction Workers Resignation Card, Construction Industry Safety Training Certification.
