Group (HK) Limited established a Solution
Provider contract with Facilities
Software International (UK) in June
2000 to provide consuliting and supporting
services to all users of FSI (UK)
products in Hong Kong.
The
FSI (UK) products focuses on providing
computer based maintenance management
software to many facilities management
companies and large companies who
have automated their maintenance services.
Most of such contracts are in Europe
and Asia
FSI
(UK) products' consist of two major
systems, Concept SQL and Concept 500.
Concept
SQL provides compatibilty with the
major industry database vendors, which
brings vast increases in flexibility
and verstiity. It opens up a wealth
of systems configurations that were
previously unavailable - spanning
multiple sites and multiple contractor
responsibilities. Virtually unlimited
amounts of FM-related data can be
handled and greater value realized
immediately from user database investments
that are already in place.
Serco
Group (HK) Limited serves as a Solution
Provider (local agent) to provide
solutions for all Concept SQL products
of Facilities Software International
(UK) in Hong Kong. Our customers in
Hong Kong include the Hong Kong Hospital
Authority, Standard Chartered Bank,
FPDSavills and our own internal contracts.
We
currently provide Concept SQL consulting
and supporting services to FPDSavills
in their Standard Chartered Bank Facilities
Management Contract. FPDSavills provides
operational support and maintenance
to Standard Chartered Bank's for more
than 150 Branches, ATM machines and
8 Offices in Hong Kong.
We
also provides internal Concept SQL
consulting and supporting services
to our own contracts such as North
District Hospital, Lion Rock Tunnel,
Airport Tunnel, Aberdeen Tunnel, Hong
Kong Parking and Ministry of Education
in Singapore.
Under
the contract with the Hospital Authority,
Serco Group (HK) Limited provides
Concept SQL consulting and supporting
service to 23 hospitals The number
of hospitals expected to use Concept
SQL system will increase to 29 hospitals
in 2005.
